Scene 1 - It was early summer, 1960 and although it was not the traditional Strictmoor Academy season, there were 3 particularly naughty young ladies who had attended Strictmoor before and one new young lady who all needed a top up course. Mrs. Jackson and then rest of the usual Strictmoor staff were on holiday but asked two very skilled ladies in education and disciplinary correction, Miss Wellbourne and Mrs. Frobisher, to step in and run this week long course for these 4 naughty miscreants. In scene 1, we see a series of flashbacks as Mrs. Frobisher narrates the introduction of this story. Then we see the students introduced to the two strict disciplinarians. Scene 2 - All four ladies are to report to the spanking room that evening individually for a spanking from Mrs. Frobisher while Miss Melbourne looks on. Scene 4 - All four ladies were caught being very rude at a university lecture that they were attending so the next day after church the lecturers were invited to the academy to watch punishment carried out. If a student were to receive more than three spankings in a month, then that would lead to a further caning punishment and all four of these ladies had exceeded that quota. As a result of this, they are to report to the living room in their school uniforms where they are then stripped down to their camisole, panties, and socks. They all cry real tears as the stinging cane leaves its mark their poor bottoms. It is almost as difficult for them to have to watch their peers being punished as getting it themselves which results in more pitiful snivelling and crying.
